How long does Tasman Threads shipping take?
Our standard delivery times are as follows:

Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Why is the parcel description or value different?
International orders include customs classification details, which are attached to the package solely for customs purposes.

Yes! We offer free returns for store credit within 90 days of delivery for customers in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA, including for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be:
- In new, unworn condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
